The Client Timeline

Book early! I’m often scheduled months in advance. Once you reserve your date with a signed contract and session retainer, the fun part begins — planning your shoot.

About four weeks before your shoot, we’ll connect for a planning meeting to go over all the details. Every senior receives a virtual FaceTime consultation, where we’ll talk through locations, outfits, timing, and the overall feel of your session so everything feels thoughtful and well-planned.

For seniors who choose The Statement Collection, an in-person planning consultation is also available as an option. Either way, this step is all about getting to know you, answering questions, and making sure you feel confident and excited heading into photo day.

It’s photo day! We’ll ease into the session, keep things relaxed, and focus on creating images that feel natural and confident. If your collection includes professional hair and makeup, you’ll begin the day there. From there, we’ll move through your planned locations based on the collection you selected.

You don’t need to worry about posing or feeling awkward — I’ll guide you every step of the way, adjusting as we go so everything feels effortless and comfortable. Expect a mix of polished portraits and candid moments, with plenty of encouragement and direction throughout.

About 7–10 days after your session, you’ll receive a link to your private online gallery where you’ll view images from your session and select your favorites based on the collection you’ve chosen.

Choose the images you love most — this is your chance to narrow things down and build your final collection. Once your selections are submitted, I’ll take care of the finishing touches.

After your final selections are made, I’ll complete the finishing touches and prepare your images for delivery. Your final gallery will be delivered online, making it easy to download, share, and enjoy.
